怎麼辦我剛剛查了新加坡到印度Thiruvananthapuram 9月20後的機位都沒出現了 可是我是3月份才買十月份要去的 現在我朋友要陪我去最近要買發現都沒辦法訂了 是不是也是要停飛的徵兆？

我男朋友是打去新加坡的熱線。 我是昨天收到email才知道班機tr是虎航，ri是mandala tigerair +65 3157 6434 3157 6434 (dialing within singapore) 9am to 9pm daily (singapore local time) 剛剛又打去問了，可不可以換去tr的班機，但服務人員還是説還不知道。我男友告訴他儘快給個答案，怕買不到其他航空公司的飛機票。他説他們的網路系統已經卡了，沒顯示任何東西。説他們還不清楚。叫我們要多一，兩天再打去。。 真的么...要过一两天再打啊？那我从国内能打去新加坡的号码嚒？好多号码...我只打了国内的。貌似现在机票都不是很便宜哦，除了马航的，来回一个人2000以内。 要不咱们微信或QQ互留一下？我的微信号cong0811cong，我现在完全处于联系不上工作人员的状态......呜呜...~~~~(>_<)~~~~

If you have a mixed itinerary e.g. flying out on a TR flight but returning on a RI flight, your TR flight will remain unchanged. However, you have to contact our call centres to exercise either a flight transfer or a refund option for your return RI flight. For customers with a mixed flight itinerary, e.g. you’re flying out on a TR flight but returning on a RI flight, you can opt for a flight transfer or fare refund for both legs of your journey (even though the TR flights are not affected by the Mandala closure). Customers booked on RI flights (Singapore-Jakarta or Singapore-Denpasar or vice versa) can opt for flight transfer to other TR flights operating on the same route (if seats are available). 請問這次停飛會影響到虎航 新加坡飛馬爾地夫嗎? 是不是只停飛航班編號"RI"開頭的，"TR"開頭的不受影響呢? RI開頭的而已。曼達拉虎航是印尼的公司，不可能單獨飛新加坡飛馬爾地夫，所以也不可能去影響到新加坡-馬爾地夫線。

兩個月前籌備東南亞行程，其中訂了7/13-17新加坡<=>巴里島的來回，正巧就是曼德拉虎航,確定是不能飛了...請問是否有人有退款的經驗呢？該如何聯繫? 第一次訂廉價航空就碰到這種事，行程都要調整了...噯>_< 虎航應該會開始email陸續通知處理方式。這才剛公布的消息，也不一定馬上就有了處理方案。 虎航的新加坡-巴厘島線除了曼達拉虎航，新加坡虎航也有飛。所以一個可能性就是讓你選擇改成飛新加坡虎航。其他的選擇按過去例子基本上就是退費。 另外也有可能到時由新加坡虎航接手全部曼德拉虎航新加坡-巴厘島線。那樣的話你就可能就沒啥影響了。等幾天看虎航有沒有email通知，不然就去問客服。當然如果虎航還沒決定方案的話，那客服也沒辦法處理。

所以前陣子用IDR結帳比較便宜....也有可能是因為要救營運囉...?? 應該是無關。虎航今年初就決定要處理掉Tigerair Mandala，已經大幅減少印尼國內航班，想要找買主脫手。結果Lion,Citilink(印航的LCC),AirAsia都不想買單，最後只能落到完全停飛。

虎航已經把旗下印尼(終止)、澳洲(賣給Virgin)、菲律賓(賣給Cebu)子公司都處分掉了 希望台灣虎航不會也草草收尾Orz 澳洲的部分是賣60%股份給Virgin,他自己還有40%。名字還是叫Tigerair Australia. 台灣虎航，虎航基本上只有10%的投資。

Tigerair Mandala has been struggling to make a profit. It booked six consecutive quarterly losses, with a loss of S$95 million for the first quarter of this year. Tigerair Mandala is 35.8 per cent owned by Singapore's Tigerair. The other shareholders include Saratoga Group and PT Cardig International. Tigerair and other shareholders have explored various options for the carrier in recent months but failed to get a buyer. They concluded that the carrier would not be able to sustain its operations. Group CEO of Tigerair, Lee Lik Hsin, said Indonesia remains an important market for the airline and it will continue to maintain an active presence there through Tigerair Singapore.
