If I don't get the rules wrong, the rules say that someone can take another flight to someone's destination without extracharge within 6 consecutive hours from someone's missed connecting flight. If over 6 hours, Airasia will make up for someone's loss(Per 6-hour delay period). However, I did not see these words (without extracharge) and then they will arrange a new connecting flight for free. As my comprehension by the content, if there is no connecting flight within 6 hours they will compensate.
