We booked 6 tickets to KL on Air Asia for whole family for a short holiday, but both our kids came down with flu from yesterday, today still having high fever, so we were forced to cancel the whole trip. Called the AA call center, they said we have to forfeit the tickets and no refund, but we can get back the airport tax, i asked them how, they told me to call back again after the return date, and did not explain to me. Anyone knows how AA returns the airport tax of un-used tickets? Do they transfer the fund back to my bank account?
