Guest with Disabilities In order to travel with us you must either be able to travel independently, or have an accompanying passenger to help you.If you have a mobility issue that may affect your ability to board or leave the aircraft without assistance, or are hearing or vision-impaired, you must book your flight via our Call Centre. You can find our contact numbers here. If you’ve already booked your flight via the Internet, you must call our Call Centre to let us know you need assistance within as soon as possible (timeframe before flight). (In the case of movement and vision-impaired guests we will waive the Call Centre fee). We can take a maximum of 2 passengers who need wheelchairs on each flight. If you wish to bring a Guide or Hearing Assistance dog on board, please let us know when you book, via our Call Centre. We can take a maximum of two assistance animals on board each aircraft.
