Our bank wants to know if the credit card that you used for payment is a DEBIT CARD. If so, your bank will be the one to transfer the amount to your account. You should inquire w/ your bank then. However, if you use for payment is a CREDIT CARD then it should have been in your account by this time. 今天Jubilee酒店的回复如下,还坚持说已经返还了多扣的房款!可我根本没收到,3月份就开始说已经返还,到5月份,又说再一次返还。可为什么6月份我还收不到?? Please do not just say you reversed the amount. I didn't receive the money. Where can the money go? I just revised the name of booking, then you thought they are 2 different reservations which shouldn't happen. You are acc dept. Why just return money takes you so many months?? Catherine Please counter check your bank acct. The reversed amount had already been debited from Jubilee Hotels bank acct. You were dbl charged because there were 2 reservations made with 2 different confirmation numbers/names. The fault should not be blamed on us. Thank you for your attention. For Jubilee Hotel Acct. 还有一些对帐的邮件,就不发上来了,多数邮件都抄送给网站人员了,但没有人跟踪,不知这种情况下网站对酒店是否有一点点监督?

我今年1月份通過,用信用卡幫朋友訂了Jubilee旅館,當時他們就在我卡里扣了80汶萊幣,作為訂金也沒什麼。後來朋友回來後,跟我一對帳,旅館又扣了他們全額的房款,我只好發郵件給旅館,他們開始不承認多扣款,我把信用卡的對帳單給他們,他們才説是多扣了80汶萊幣。 但他們説要等帳務處理,我後來多次催促他們,他們一會説已經返還,一會説過幾天返還,至今我仍未收到他們退回多收的房款。 這些郵件我也抄送給了的客服,但至今沒人跟蹤,我是通過本網站訂的票,這間旅館沒有任何信譽可言,建議網站幫忙索回多收的房款,並將這種沒信譽的旅館從旅館列表中清除,以免影響其他網友對網站的信心
