some problem about motel

we have booked a dorm that share with four people just want to ask...... can we bring a luggage to there instead of backpack will it be very strange it is my first time to stay in those motel is it save? i worry about that......... THanks give me some tips please........

will it be very strange to bring a big 行李箱 to those backpacker motel? also, will you bring along many food with you?

Most of the backpacker motels offer the luggage storage facility，don't worry about this matter‧
