剛剛收到來自亞航的信 信件標題如同我的標題一樣 內容是 Greeting from AirAsia X ! With regards to your booking (我的booking number), please be informed that prebooked PMP (In-Flight Entertainment) service is no longer available effective 11DEC12 onwards. Therefore you may request for one of the following options: - Credit Shell for PMP amount or - Refund for PMP amount (the refund process will take 30 working days). If you would like to request for credit shell, kindly provide us your AirAsia member ID. If you would like to request for refund, the amount will be returned to the credit card used in the booking. Kindly reconfirm on how to proceed with your booking .We shall wait for your reply. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your valued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon. 我訂的是1/25出發到吉隆坡,30回來的來回機票(包含友人的共五張) 其中我自己的有訂一趟的娛樂系統 所以依照他的意思是..我要回信請他refound嗎?(不想用credit shell) 因為第一次訂,收到這東西 不太確定是不是有會錯意? 可以麻煩有經驗的人幫忙我確認一下嗎?(感激不盡) 另外, 我從訂票到現在已經收到兩次的booking reference(後面是我的booking number) 這只是提醒信件還是....?(應該有訂購完成吧?!) 但我去他們的網站卻不知道要從何查起自己的預訂details? 是要先註冊會員嗎?還是我訂購時就已經是會員了? 不好意思,第一次訂,問題有點多! 先感謝回答了!!:-)
