prosecutor 檢查官 prosecutor 應該是相當於我國的檢察官 附帶一提, 檢察官在美國有時候也可稱為district attorney (地方的檢察官) 或 United States Attorney (聯邦的檢察官). 在英國的英格蘭,威爾斯和北愛稱為Crown Prosecutor, 在蘇格蘭稱為Procurator Fiscal.
