酷航雖說可以改7/13航班,但是接到通知好不容易連絡客服,最近的航班卻只能改在7/16,而且直說也快沒有機位了,整個旅程延後三日,真的是太誇張。另外,也告知只能改在七日內的航班,很多人可能只有退票一途了。 反觀桃子、亞航均是今日延飛或改至隔日飛,酷航的處理方式感覺就是忽視中段台灣起降的的旅客,雖同是廉航,結果差很多啊~~(N)

酷航通報~颱風蘇力導致航班更改 尊敬的乘客,由於颱風蘇力正朝台灣逼進,台北桃園機場也很可能會因此關閉。 請注意以下航班的更改: 1. 7月12日,原定仁川經台北飛往新加坡的TZ205航班將從仁川直飛新加坡。從仁川的起飛時間不受影響。 2. 7月13日,原定新加坡經台北飛往成田的TZ202航班將從新加坡直飛成田。從新加坡的起飛時間不受影響。 由於以上航班更改為直飛航班的關係,以下乘客將受影響: 1. TZ205航班,仁川飛往台北的乘客 2. TZ205航班,台北飛往新加坡的乘客 3. TZ202航班,新加坡飛往台北的乘客 4. TZ202航班,台北飛往成田的乘客 受影響的乘客將被安排到下一班飛往目的地的航班。 我們相信颱風“蘇力”會在7月13日,星期六下午離開台灣。因此,我們沒有更改其他飛往或飛離台灣的航班的打算。 我們會在接下來的6小時發出電郵通知受影響的乘客。在此同時,乘客可上酷航官網參考我們對您的承諾,了解我們的服務政策。 欲知有關颱風“蘇力”的詳情, 請參考:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-23253049 酷航 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FLIGHT CHANGES AS TYPHOON SOULIK APPROACHES TAIWAN Dear Guests, as Typhoon Soulik approaches Taiwan, the weather in Taipei is expected to deteriorate significantly with a high probability that Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport will be closed. Please note the following flight changes because of this: 1. Flight TZ 205 on 12 July from Incheon to Singapore via Taipei will now fly non-stop. The departure time from Incheon remains the same; 2. Flight TZ 202 on 13 July from Singapore to Narita via Taipei will now fly non-stop. The departure time from Singapore remains the same. As we are flying non-stop for the flights mentioned above, a number of guests who were flying to Taipei or from Taipei will be affected, namely: 1. Guests booked on TZ 205 from Incheon to Taipei 2. Guests booked on TZ 205 from Taipei to Singapore 3. Guests booked on TZ 202 from Singapore to Taipei 4. Guests booked on TZ 202 from Taipei to Narita These affected guests will be re-accommodated on the next available flights. We believe Typhoon Soulik will pass over Taiwan by the afternoon of Saturday, 13 July. As such, we have no further plans to cancel any additional services into or out of Taipei at the moment. We will be sending notification emails to affected guests over the next 6 hours.
