不知那位好心的大大, 可以告訴-宿霧航空的特惠票可以申請退費嗎? (即可以退回機場梲及燃料稅? 當然會扣除手續費, 亞航是這樣做)

在訂購時的條款裡的確是寫只能退到TravelFund 該公司的政策的確也是不退現金或信用卡 至於這樣的政策符不符合菲律賓的法律 或是是否需符合台灣的法律 可以問問看消基會? 如果有退款成功也別忘了來跟大家分享經驗喔~
