我七月台北到吉隆坡亞航來回未搭乘，並未事先跟航空公司說。 等到應該是回程後的第2-3天直接打電話去跟他說要退機場稅，過程很簡單容易，並未被刁難。 您要不要試著打電話過去。 謝了 收到電郵後 不服氣 就打電話去問 說要事先通知亞航的是客服人員說的 我還威脅他們說 若我找到未事先通知亞航者 我會公開此事 但對方說若不滿意答覆 可以 e form反映！ 不過我是快一個月才去問的 但曾搜尋過 有人說可行

我退過2次的0元機票機場稅，都是過了搭機日期後才寫信去，而且回覆很快退稅也退很乾脆，沒有你說的問題耶。 我寫到 [email protected]，很快收到回信 Dear XXX, Thank you for your email of request for Airport Tax Refund. We have received your email and are now in the midst of processing your refund. your refund will be processed within 30-60 working days of this acknowledgment. You may check with your bank or your next bank account statement for prove of refund... Note: Kindly be advised that the standard Refund Processing Fee is RM10 per Guest per Sector. 我因故不能成行 後來得知能申請退機場稅 但申請的結果是被拒 信上的理由根本不成立 如訂票號碼錯誤、已登機、還沒結束、國內航班 後來打電話去問 對方是說因為我沒出現 或沒告知亞航我不能去的理由 所以不能退稅 所以想上來收集一下有經驗者的情況 因為之前曾發文詢問 沒人告知要這麼做 所以就沒登機後 才用電郵申請退稅 結果竟有此條件 想知道是不是被唬弄 thanks!
