我曾經寫過負評,有被刊登出來!! 自己的帳號內也可以看到自己曾寫過的評價內容。 我的寫法是精簡條列出優缺點,簡單陳述事件狀況,而非完整陳述周旋過程,且盡可能不要用太多情緒性字眼。

有看過負面的review,但沒看過這種寫法的review,說不定改變個寫法比較有回應

評鑑格式有這條規定嗎?被消音應是純就商業利益考量。沒看過Agoda上這樣寫評鑑的,可能以抱怨文的寫法會被刪掉

Agoda說:你的評鑑非常重要!可是我們寫出去的評鑑卻如石沉大海。 難道所謂評鑑是玩假的。 I don't recommend Tosca Haus at all inspite of its good location (near the ferry station) and nice room. Actually, Ihad a very unpleasant experience with Tosca Haus. First of all, I was charged twice for theroom. About 12 days before we got to Tosca Haus, Tosca Haus debited my creditcard. On the day of our arrival at Tosca Haus, Tosca Haus debited my creditcard again. Fortunately, we noticed that and corresponded with Agoda. Accordingto Agoda, it's Tosca Haus's problem, not Agoda's. Then, to get our money back,I had to go through quite much trouble and annoyance during my trip. Thatreally spoiled my mood and fun. Second, there is no free Wi-Fi in TascoHaus, which is different from the description of Tasco Haus. My wife and Icarefully read the instructions and did exactly what we were supposed to do. Wespent almost 30 minutes trying, but we just couldn't get connected. Then, Iturned to the lady, Julie, who is in charge of Tosca Haus. She led us to followthe instructions but we still couldn't get connected. Then, she said it was theproblem of our iPhones, because her phone could get connected. Yet, our phonescould get connected to the Internet in all the hotels we stayed in, except inTosca Haus. So, I don't think there was free Wi-Fi at all during my stay there. Third, the breakfast served by Tasco Hausleft a lot to be desired. The ham served was a little sour and smelly. It wasprobably the left-over from the previous meal or the breakfast of the previousday. Fruits were not fresh, either. Because most of the foods served were ofpoor quality, guests didn't eat them. So, they were served again and again. Last, we were refused to use the toilet inTosca Haus after our check-out. We were required to check out before 9:00 AM.We checked out before 9:00 and left our luggage there. We went back to ToscoHaus to get our luggage before 12:00 and asked if we could use the toilet. Thelady, Julie, resolutely said, "No. You checked out and the room wascleaned." I know I was asking for a favor, but such a cold refusal wasjust shocking and hard to accept. Considering the honesty and hospitality ofTosco Haus, I will never recommend it.
