我訂了12月的酷航班機飛札愰. 可是我找不到酷航網頁在哪邊可查到航班動態 (包括當日或近3日航班起降狀況及近日變更航班之公告) . 請問有人知道在哪查嗎? 我看樂桃.香草.虎航都有提供航班動態或航班中斷訊息.

flightradar24基本上顯示過去一星期的紀錄。www.flightstats.com 如果登錄會員的話(免費加入會員)，可以查到過去好幾年的Historical Flight Status 。如果沒登記會員的話，就只能查過去一星期的。

Sincerely, Kate The Scoot Team 酷航回信說只會透過EMAIL或SMS 通知乘客航班狀態.或者自己打電話給客服詢問. 不會在酷航官網公布. 因為我曾經看過包友反映.沒有收到酷航發EMAIL 通知班機要提早起飛. 結果被放鳥. 事後酷航也承認因為系統關係.有部分人未收到EMAIL. 所以有些擔心. 請問大家如何因應啊? 酷航的客服電話暢通嗎?
