內容有點長, 前幾天宿霧航空發了一封有關航班取消的信給我 Cebu Pacific would like to inform you that your flight has been cancelled due to aircraft situation. However, we have mounted another flight which you may take in lieu of the cancelled flight. Flight details: Flight No. 5J346 on September 06, 2014, departing Kalibo International Airport at 7:00PM and arriving in Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 8:10PM We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Options available to the guests are as follows: •Rebook without charges for travel within 30 days •Put in Travel Fund ticket value without penalties (except for KOREA flights) •Refund without penalties 信中好像提到我可以換成搭7點的飛機,但是我從馬尼拉回台北的飛機也被提前了,所以我怕來不及轉機。 所以我用很破的英文mail給他們,問我是否可以把取消的那班次改成從卡蒂克蘭往馬尼拉的班機。 他們給我的回應: Dear Sir/ Ma'am, Greetings! Our apologies for the cancellation, the reason is due to aircraft situation. As carrier, we may change or reschedule any flight where we reasonably consider to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or security. Given this, we have options that our affected passenger could take which will at least minimize or eradicate the inconvenience. Rebooking – without charges for travel within 30 days from the date of departure; Subject to seat availability. Please see our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule. Rerouting – no charges within 30 days of the nearest alternate station. Subject to seat availability. Travel Fund – full Travel fund of the amount. A credit account which guest can be use for future transactions with Cebu pacific (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation). Money back – full refund of the amount paid *for bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 10 working/banking days. Please do let us know which option you would like to take. Kindly advise us more than 4hrs before your flight otherwise, changes will be considered accepted and will be considered 'flown' if you fail to show up on the scheduled departure and/or you decided to rebook it 1 day before the flight.Please be advised that we can only rebook your flight once without any charges within 30days from the date of departure. 你有四個選擇方案: 1.更改航班-30天以內航班 2.更改航點-最近的航點 30天以內的航班 3.退款到旅行基金 4.退款到付款帳戶 因此要改到卡蒂克蘭-馬尼拉是可以的 算是賺到了:-)

那請問我應該要如何更改呢?直接寄mail給他們?還是登入他們的官網重新預訂?或是需要撥電話到他們的辦公室?
