我父母前幾周想訂美國國內線機票, 發現southwest上不去. 查了一下發現很多人跟我家人一樣, 連不上southwest的網站, 都是access denied. 因為我人在美國, 所以過去三周我跟他們客服講了3次電話, 寫了5次email. 每次最後的回應都跟我說"We do not block anyone"然後說"case closed." 明天我打算用郵局再寄一封實體幹譙信去他們總部. 如果還是搞這套, 我看他們就是不打算作台灣人生意了. 我坐Southwest也坐了十年, 以前還好, 前幾年買了AirTran, 這幾年開始有老大心態了. 常常誤點一兩個小時不說, 現在客服還一付跩樣看不起台灣人...雖然我也累積不少點數, 我看還是用完以後就坐別家吧.(H) 附上一封他們回應的範例 -- Thank you for your follow-up email in regard to Southwest.com. I regret that you remain dissatisfied after our previous correspondences, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond again. Although I realize that this is not the answer for which you had hoped, we do wish that you will give us the privilege of welcoming you and your family onboard one of our flights in the near future. --

我記得在網上搜過這個問題, 不知是不是類似的, 結果好像是他的防火牆問題, 網路公司還是router. 我不是這方面專家. 但如果真是這樣, 的確southwest也沒辦法解決吧.

整篇文章我看不出來有哪個部分瞧不起台灣人,個人覺得樓主的邏輯很奇怪,只是自己買票不順利就說航空公司瞧不起台灣人,我沒看到航空公司回覆裡有扯上國籍或種族,也沒看出來哪裏很跩?樓主有被害妄想症還是樓主代表全部台灣人?
