我和這裡許多人一樣，因為愛上了自助旅行，所以對於學習英語有特別的急迫感。我本來是加入我上網所能找到的最便宜的一家線上英語教學機構，用skype一對一上課，教材不另計費。我一次買兩年課程，因為這樣送的堂數多，平均下來每節課花費的金額就少，但一次兩年又稍嫌太多，所以就跟客服商量，分了一年的額度給我兒子，他們答應了，但說這是特惠，下不為例。即便這樣，平均還是要一堂課將近230元，短期的當然費用就更高了。上完了一年的課程後，我在去年六月的英國25天自助旅行，成為有史以來我最滿意的一次旅遊經驗，其中一個原因就是我敢和外國人交談了--雖然英語實力還有很大的進步空間。旅遊回來後，感覺還是有必要繼續加強我的英文能力，就發電郵找上我原先的那位老師，願不願意一對一繼續幫我上課。因為不透過仲介公司，她可以多賺一些，我少繳一些學費，所以一下子就談好了，一節課滿滿五十五分鐘，200元台幣，每週上課兩次，不必買很多課，一次只要買半年52節課，用paypal轉給她。我實在找不到比這更便宜的家教了。我的這個菲律賓籍老師，據她自稱，是大學的中等學校英語教學系畢業，本來在私立中學教書，後來受不了學生太頑皮而辭職。她上課很有精神，以前，有一段時間，我的課排在晚上十一點到十二點，本來很擔心她會沒精神，結果令我驚訝的是老師仍充滿活力，完全感覺不出來那已經是一大票人在床上呼呼大睡的時間了。至於有人擔心菲籍老師口音的問題，我感覺不會。總而言之，用這樣的費用，能找到這麼好的老師，c/p值很高，我很滿意，所以，獨樂樂不如眾樂樂，好康道相報，在這裡介紹給大家。我早上問她，如果有人找她上課，願不願意收學生，她說好，所以我請她大略自我介紹，我則幫想學英文的人和她能夠搭上線，師生互惠互利。有興趣的人可以和她聯絡看看，順便聽聽她講的英文是否讓你滿意。以下是她的介紹： Welcome to the World of English!
