Suffering from Hong-Kong Airline/ Hong-Kong Express Airline

I have dealt with my return ticket changing since 2012/10/22, and until today (2013/01/24), I still can’t get my ticket right!!!!!! 2012/10/22 I asked them can I change the ticket from Nov. to Jan.? 2012/11/08 Their staff Angela reply me I can change my ticket. 2012/11/25~12/12 I wrote many email to Angela, no answer. 2012/12/16 I forward the same email to all the email I can find on their company website. 2013/01/02 Got their staff Fiona’s respond, she said someone will contact me soon. 2013/01/05 Got their phone call, but I was driving so I asked them call me back after two hours. After that, I got NO phone calls from them, and until now, I spent almost 100 NZD for just making phone calls to them almost every day! And they’ve NEVER called me back, sometimes they said they can’t make phone call to NZ, most of the time they said they are waiting for their head quarter’s decision. What I think is maybe Hong-Kong airline taking over Hong-Kong Express airline, and my ticket was issued by Hong-Kong Express airline, that’s why they don’t want to deal with “old” issue. Especially today, I have to call them like every half hour?! Because my ticket should be on tomorrow and my visa will expire in two days, and every time I call their supervisor Dianne, she is always on the phone, and again, NEVER call me back!!! If you are going to travel with Hong-Kong airline/ Hong-Kong Express airline, be aware and reconsider, please!!!!!!
